My name is Dies [Deez] van der Sande. Born and raised in Holland,
I have lived and worked in Switzerland since 1992. For several decades I worked as an entrepreneur in the design and fashion industry. During this time, I was able to realize many great national and international projects with extraordinary people. I benefit from my rich life experience – not only in my professional but also in my private life.

The need to develop myself further and the desire to work more intensively with people led me to pursue my studies and certification as a coach in Holland. This, combined with what I have learned over decades, has enabled me to start my practice: DIES VAN DER SANDE COACHING.

My ability to fully engage with my counterpart and my intuition shape my work. As a person, I have a positive attitude towards life and take a practical approach; I am actively committed and reliable. My clients as well as my friends describe me as congenial, open, supportive, humorous and authentic.

As a free spirit I like to think out of the box; in my coaching sessions I like to be creative and support your next steps of development.
